Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager:
- Lead and manage complex IT projects, including fintech, banking, and payments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal/external stakeholders and project teams
- Ensure effective communication and alignment across different groups, especially with teams in different time zones or cultures
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for project tracking and reporting to internal governance teams
- Resolve conflicts and solve problems efficiently and adaptably
Required Skills for the Senior Project Manager:
- 5-8 years of IT project management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, Vlookups, etc.)
- Experience in fintech, banking, and payments technology
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global teams
