Position Overview / Day to Day Responsibilities: One of our top clients is looking for a bilingual Business Analyst fluent in both Japanese and English to serve as a bridge between international teams. This role combines traditional business analysis with interpretation/translation responsibilities to facilitate communication and business processes between Japanese and English-speaking stakeholders. Top Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or related field
• 3+ years as a business analyst (requirements gathering and documentation)
• Proven experience in Japanese/English interpretation/translation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Data Visualization (basic sql skills)
• Understanding of business process modeling

Nice to Have:

• JLPT N1 certification or equivalent
• Business analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA)
• Experience with Japanese business culture and etiquette
• Experince in the banking/insurance/finance industry
• Project management experience
• Experience with international business operations
