Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Payroll Business Systems Engineer: - Support the Payroll operations team with system and process enhancements, including ADP Workforce Now - Handle change orders and validations during off-hour implementations - Administer day-to-day data integration and validation of data integrated into ADP WFN from SuccessFactors - Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis of integration errors - Manage ADP WFN validation tables - Provisioning and ticket management within defined SLAs - Support partnerships with Technology and Product teams - Carry out audits against various business systems to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), and company policies Required Skills for Payroll Business Systems Engineer: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in supporting payroll systems utilizing data integration via ADP Data Bridge tool - Experience with enterprise HRIS applications like SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle etc., preferably SuccessFactors - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Google Workplace - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail and organization - Conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, procedures, computer applications What’s in it for you? - Competitive compensation package - Full Benefits; Medical, Vision, Dental, and more! - Opportunity to get in with an industry leading organization - Close-knit and team-oriented culture Why IDR? - 25+ Years of Proven Industry Experience in 4 major markets - Employee Stock Ownership Program - Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance - ClearlyRated's Best of Staffing® Client and Talent Award winner 11 years in a row
