Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Software Engineer:
- Design, develop, debug, and test an internal web-based software program for customer issue/defect tracking
- Review software releases for quality and process adherence
- Collaborate with the product owner and development teams to identify and track KPIs
- Develop and maintain webpages for real-time KPI tracking
- Manage beta testing user management system
Required Skills for Software Engineer:
- 5-8 years of software development experience
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Python, APIs, and Angular (version 15 or 16)
- Experience with Jira and AWS
- College degree in a relevant field
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical knowledge
