Preferred Skills:

• Baseline understanding of SNAP, TANF, and Child Care Payment Assistance programs
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
• Ability to analyze complex organizational structures and processes
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt to changing priorities or project scopes

• Experience in organizational change management, business process improvement, or large-scale system implementation
• Strong communications experience with an ability to tailor messaging to a diverse audience
• Experience executing change management strategies
• Familiarity with survey design, data analysis, and reporting
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across diverse stakeholder groups
