Responsibilities:• Facilitate the adoption and effective implementation of Scrum principles, practices, and ceremonies within the technical project team
• Guide and coach the development team and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum values, principles, and practices to ensure understanding and adherence.
• Organize and facilitate Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Help the team define and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is refined, prioritized, and well-understood by all stakeholders.
• Work closely with the product owner to ensure the team's understanding of product vision, goals, and requirements.
• Remove any obstacles or impediments that may hinder the team's progress and ensure a smooth workflow.
• Promote a collaborative and self-organizing team environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Track and communicate project progress, metrics, and team performance to stakeholders and management.
