I had a great experience working with Elise. She was incredibly sweet, prompt in responding, and consistently checked in with me at regular intervals. Throughout the process, she kept me well-informed proactively. Her professionalism and genuine care made a real difference. I truly appreciate her support and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a recruiter.
Elise was friendly and accommodating upon reaching out, and followed up fairly quickly. That is something I have not experienced with other recruiters, so it was nice for her to come along and provide a different perspective on the recruiting process.
Initially Elise was receptive to my resume and provided feedback and updates as they occurred. However, there seemed to be delays on the client's end regarding feedback on submitted resume's, and soon after, I was not getting any replies from Elise about the job opening. Based on previous interactions with recruiters in general, I tend to find them interested at the beginning and then they disappear after resume submittal and I can't get any updates or feedback. I was hoping Elise would be different, and at least through the resume process she was responding to communication. However, after the client delayed making decisions on interviews, I've tried to contact Elise only to get no response. Quite disappointing. I was perplexed about not hearing back about this position b/c I'm an SME in disaster preparation, and was totally qualified for this job, yet no response from anyone.
