Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Project Controls Engineer: - Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. - Experience with Oracle ERP - Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for assigned projects. - Track project performance using key metrics such as Earned Value Management (EVM). - Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation plans. - Monitor and report on project progress, variances, and potential risks or issues. Required Skills for Project Controls Engineer: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred but not required). - 3+ years of experience in project controls, planning, or cost engineering. - Proficiency with scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and cost control tools. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (EVM, CPM, etc.). - Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
