Position Overview/Responsibilities for the System Option Specialist II:
Maintain multiple databases by entering, verifying, and updating customer and account information.
Resolve account deficiencies by corresponding with customers to obtain additional information.
Become an application process and customer onboarding subject matter expert for the sales organization.
Provide clear, concise, and professional communication with customers via phone and email.
Demonstrate the ability to provide a great customer experience by taking ownership of tasks and providing updates throughout the onboarding process.
Required Skills for IT Service & Incident Analyst II:
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of proven work experience as a sales support associate and/or data entry specialist
Hands on experience with CRM Systems
Proficiency with Google Suites, DocuSign, and MS Excel
In-depth understanding of sales principals and customer service practices
