• Serves as a bridge between the Sales team and corporate departments to ensure compliance and timely task completion.
• Ensures all contracts comply with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations.
• Collaborates with Legal, Commercial Operations, and other relevant departments to reach agreement on terms that are acceptable to both the business and the client.
• Maintains accurate and efficient proposal status and routes information for all assigned proposals.

  Required Skills for the Sales Operations Assistant: 

• Experience with Salesforce.com
• Proficiency with MS office and excel
