Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IAM Lead:

Lead and implement IAM initiatives within the organization

Collaborate with a diverse team to ensure secure access across platforms

Adapt to changing needs and requirements in a laid-back environment

Provide exceptional customer service and communication to all stakeholders
Required Skills for IAM Lead:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in implementing IAM (4-5 years will be considered with hands-on implementation experience)

Proficiency in Azure AD

Experience with SailPoint or Okta is a plus

IAM Certifications are desirable
