Position Overview/Responsibilities for the A/R Coordinator : As an A/R Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include: - Assisting with research and training for various locations - Applying payments, reversing CC charge backs and NSF checks, and creating adjustments for payments/credit memos - Processing payment transfers and applying bank recon adjustments - Reducing AR delinquency by communicating with customers via email and phone - Preparing, sorting, copying, filing, and mailing invoices, receipts, checks, and correspondence This is a hybrid role, requiring on-site presence three days a week (Tuesday-Thursday) after an initial two-week training period. The contract duration is 3-4 months.
