• Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans tailored to public-sector IT projects with at least 5,000 active users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of new systems, processes, and technologies on users and stakeholders.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify groups impacted by changes and determine appropriate engagement strategies.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of full-time OCM experience, specifically on public-sector IT implementation projects
• Must have experience supporting an OCM project involving a minimum of 5,000 active users.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and support change management activities, including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.
