Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.

Experience:

• 3+ years in information security with a focus on cloud security, particularly in GCP.
• Hands-on experience with GCP security services, including IAM, VPC, Cloud Armor, and Data Loss Prevention.
• Proficiency in scripting/automation (Python, Bash, Go).
• Experience with container security tools (Kubernetes, Docker) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab).

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of IaC tools like Terraform and Cloud Deployment Manager.
• Familiarity with security tools for vulnerability management, monitoring, and logging.
• Knowledge of relevant security frameworks and standards (e.g., CIS, NIST).

Certifications (Preferred):

• Google Cloud Professional Cloud Security Engineer.
• CISSP or other relevant cloud security certifications.
