Position Overview/Responsibilities for the ERP Director:
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the Workday platform, particularly the Finance and Accounting modules
Act as a product owner, understanding the business value and strategic needs within Finance and Accounting
Manage Workday-related projects, including system enhancements, new feature implementations, and potential new business acquisitions
Act as an IT business partner to bridge technical solutions with business needs, collaborating effectively with Accounting, Finance, and other departments across our client's team
Identify and implement best practices for Workday application usage and workflow improvements, ensuring scalability and efficiency as our client continues to grow
Required Skills for ERP Director:
Extensive experience with Workday, particularly the Finance and Accounting modules
Proven experience leading and managing an ERP system implementation
Strong project management skills
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Ability to translate business needs into system requirements and solutions
