Position Overview/Responsibilities for the ERP Director:

• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the Workday platform, particularly the Finance and Accounting modules

• Act as a product owner, understanding the business value and strategic needs within Finance and Accounting

• Manage Workday-related projects, including system enhancements, new feature implementations, and potential new business acquisitions

• Act as an IT business partner to bridge technical solutions with business needs, collaborating effectively with Accounting, Finance, and other departments across our client's team

• Identify and implement best practices for Workday application usage and workflow improvements, ensuring scalability and efficiency as our client continues to grow

Required Skills for ERP Director:

• Extensive experience with Workday, particularly the Finance and Accounting modules

• Proven experience leading and managing an ERP system implementation

• Strong project management skills

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements and solutions
