• Proficiency in programming languages for speech and conversational AI systems.

• Experience with Nuance Recognizer, Dragon Voice, SpeechSuite, or similar NLU tools.

• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Perl.

• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows environments.

• Experience in JavaScript/ECMAscript for grammar development.

• Ability to analyze large datasets to improve model performance.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Hands-on experience with IVR and conversational AI system design.

• Background in training and optimizing speech recognition and NLP models.

• Understanding of machine learning techniques for voice and chat technologies.

• Familiarity with user behavior analysis and conversational flow design.
