Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager - SaaS Implementation:

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans to guide the SaaS implementation from planning stages through execution and go-live

• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including developers and stakeholders, to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables

• Utilize project management methodologies tailored to our client's needs, including a hybrid of Scrum and Waterfall

• Oversee project milestones, timelines, and budgets, ensuring successful delivery within constraints

• Facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams to resolve challenges, streamline processes, and maintain project momentum

Required Skills for Senior Project Manager - SaaS Implementation:

• 7+ years of project management experience, with a focus on SaaS or ERP implementations

• Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex software implementation projects

• Experience in both Scrum and Waterfall methodologies; familiarity with PMBOK principles is a plus

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Experience with project planning tools, ideally Wrike or similar systems

• Ability to adapt quickly to new teams and business environments
