Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative II:
Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services
Handle and resolve customer complaints, offering solutions and providing follow-up as needed
Resolve customer service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills
Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
Required Skills for Customer Service Representative II:
2-4 years of customer service-related experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Excel
Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
Comfortable answering phones and providing excellent customer service to external contacts
