Sharon W. Manager of Operations/Special Project Support 4.00

About Maggie Wallace:

Maggie was very professional and respectful during our interactions (written and verbal). She provided detailed information about the position in the initial outreach. Which was very helpful in allowing me the opportunity to understand the expectations of the role and determine if my experience was a match prior to speaking with her. When we spoke, she was efficient yet engaging and provided additional information on the client and the expectations of position.

About Maggie Wallace:

Maggie was wonderful. She was an engaged and empathetic listener when we spoke the first time and she reached out immediately when the requirements from the client changed. Unfortunately, the changes meant I was no longer a valid option- to my surprise, when Maggie said she would "keep me in mind for anything else that came up" she really did! She reached out a few weeks later with another opportunity that I seemed to be a good fit for and after speaking, she again forwarded my resume over. Unfortunately, that client also chose to move forward with another candidate- and Maggie did ask for feedback, unfortunately the feedback didnt quite make sense to me. I would definitely recommend Maggie.
