• · As a Workfront Business analyst, you will bring considerable functional product expertise to deliver effective Workfront solutions to clients

  · Your main responsibility will be Requirement Gathering on Workfront implementations, and lead Workfront discussions with business teams · You will interact with key business and IT teams and lead all the requirement discussions · Collaborate with leaders, managers, teams, partners, vendors and stakeholders across regions to align business objectives and drive results. · Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiatives. · Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor on financial and operational matters.

Required Skills for Workfront BA:

•  · 7+ years of relevant experience · Should have experience in Adobe Workfront Projects · Experience leading complex marketing process conversations to help drive workflow Requirements · Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills · Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills · Experience in Agile Excellent written and verbal communication skills (ability to communicate effectively with technical staff, business analysts, product owners, management, and senior leadership) · The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and be comfortable working with stakeholders · You should have a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, as well as experience in system analysis, design, and implementation · You should also be well-versed in computer programming and possess excellent communication skills · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
