Responsibilities for the SAP Ariba Instructional Designer: You will design, develop, and optimize SAP Hybris e-commerce solutions, with a strong emphasis on web services, API integrations, and scalable microservices. This role requires hands-on technical leadership, mentoring developers, and driving innovation using SAP Commerce Cloud, Spring Boot, Angular, and emerging low-code/no-code platforms. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a passion for building performant, high-impact digital solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Required Skills for the SAP Ariba Instructional Designer:

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
• Demonstrated experience with SAP Ariba Cloud modules and procurement processes.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools: Vyond, Articulate (Storyline/Rise), Camtasia.
• Proven ability to develop persona-based training for enterprise software rollouts.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into accessible learning content.
