Target Pay Rate: $59/hr C2C
Location: Atlanta, GA or Houston, TX – local candidates only
Work schedule details: Hybrid 3 days a week onsite

Responsibilities:
Manage cross-squad dependencies in collaboration with the other squads/programs.
Partner with Technology Owner in managing the Program Roadmap to include management of project governance, demand charter, project execution and budget financials.
Facilitate meetings effectively by communicating clearly and concisely with team members and stakeholders
Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure effective product backlog refinement.
Required Qualifications:

Scrum master with understanding/experience about HR domain with senior to mid senior level experience

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the HR domain

Experience on Workday HCM

Experience with Kanban, Jira, and Confluence
