Responsibilities:
Manage the intake, triage, and overall management of IT infrastructure requests using ServiceNow and Azure DevOps.
Communicate effectively with assignment teams, customers, and stakeholders regarding project status updates.
Serve as a liaison between internal IT divisions and business proponents, ensuring consistent communication and alignment.
Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives, leveraging group facilitation, team-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree and experience i IT or Business management or Associates Degree with 2 years of technical experience.
2 years of experience with IT infrastructure projects including Server, telecom, Network. Data center migration, and refreshes.
Familiarity of ServiceNow and Azure DevOps
Experience within a hospital setting that has 24x7 patient care
