IDR is seeking a Junior Technical Support Specialist (Oracle Unity) to join one of our top clients. • Provide technical support for Oracle Unity CDP or similar customer data platforms
• Work on data integration, data management, and data analytics
• Ensure data privacy and security principles are upheld
• Collaborate with the team on Oracle Fusion applications (CRM, etc.)
• This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Oracle Unity CDP or similar customer data platforms
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes
• Experience with APIs and data integration tools
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud, AWS, or Azure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
