Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Scheduler:Develop and manage detailed construction schedules and integrated master schedules.
Exercise creativity and mature judgment in anticipating and solving unprecedented problems on complex projects.
Review and interpret project plans and specifications.
Utilize 4D visual planning methodologies for project management.
Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure project success.
Travel as required by the operating group.
Required Skills for Senior Scheduler:
Minimum of four (4) years of construction experience or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Thorough knowledge of scheduling concepts, principles, practices, and company software.
Strong plan and specification reading, review, and interpretation skills.
Basic knowledge of project management, contracts, and buyout.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with initiative to seek innovative solutions.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Active listening skills and effective communication including an openness to diverse input and feedback.
Current driver's license.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent field.
