This is a direct hire position for a seasoned professional with a strong background in construction scheduling and project management. • Develop and manage detailed construction schedules and integrated master schedules.

• Exercise creativity and mature judgment in anticipating and solving unprecedented problems on complex projects.

• Review and interpret project plans and specifications.

• Utilize 4D visual planning methodologies for project management.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure project success.

• Travel as required by the operating group.

Required Skills for Senior Scheduler:

• Minimum of four (4) years of construction experience or equivalent combination of training and experience.

• Thorough knowledge of scheduling concepts, principles, practices, and company software.

• Strong plan and specification reading, review, and interpretation skills.

• Basic knowledge of project management, contracts, and buyout.

• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with initiative to seek innovative solutions.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Active listening skills and effective communication including an openness to diverse input and feedback.

• Current driver's license.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent field.
