Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Lead ServiceNow Developer: 

  • The Lead ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for developing, designing and owning technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform as part of the continual service improvement program. This Lead ServiceNow Developer will be jumping into various integration projects but the first one being an integration with Workday.

Required Skills for the Lead ServiceNow Developer:

  • 7+ years of ServiceNow Development experience
  • 1-2+ years of experience in Team Lead role
  • Must have solid experience within the ITSM, CSM, ITAM, HAM, and/or IntegrationHub ServiceNow modules
  • Hands on experience integrating ServiceNow with 3rd party systems
