Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Technician:

Lead on-site activities by directing, auditing, and supporting technicians and subcontractors.

Train less experienced technicians, subcontractors, and client teams on installation best practices.

Perform scheduled installation and service work at customer sites.

Communicate regularly with internal teams (PMO, Resource Center, Service Center) and handle client escalations.

Manage administrative tasks, maintain tools/vehicle, and support new project bids with job walks and estimates
Required Skills for Technician:
-
Proficiency and knowledge in multiple key accounts

Ability to operate network certifiers

Proficient in eight of ten areas of focus: Voice, Data, Fire Alarm, Fiber, Burg Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Digital Signage, Access Points, Networking

Must have completed some or all certification for: BICSI Installer 2 Copper and BICSI Installer 2 Fiber certification, Bogen, HID Global, Camtek, Panduit, Bosch, CommScope, Axis
