Candidate must be located in Washington, Nevada, Oregon, or IdahoPosition Overview/Responsibilities for the Patient Resource Representative:
Work with insurance payers to research and resolve claim denials, rejections, and underpayments on behalf of our patients' accounts
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clinical personnel, fellow teammates, and insurance representatives
Use critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills to determine the root cause and/or trends of non-paid claims or underpayments from insurance payers
Maintain confidentiality of all company and patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations and our client's policies
This is a contract position through 7/31/2025, operating in PST hours from 6 am to 3 pm
High school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for candidates with an associate or bachelor's degree
Required Skills for Patient Resource Representative:
Healthcare and medical billing/collections/denial remediation experience
Customer service experience
Intermediate computer proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Exceptional organization, written, and verbal communication skills
Comfortability talking on the phone
Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus!
