Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Project Manager:
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects focused on integrating MuleSoft, Salesforce, and AWS solutions.
- Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk management strategies.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables to meet stakeholder expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project goals, updates, and risks.
- Coordinate with business units to gather requirements, prioritize deliverables, and manage expectations.
Required Skills for the IT Project Manager:
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT, software, or integration projects.
- Proven experience with MuleSoft, Salesforce CRM, and AWS Cloud Services.
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering business value.
- Leadership and mentoring skills to guide technical teams and foster collaboration.
