This role involves maintaining the electronic health record by analyzing medical records for completeness and working closely with healthcare providers. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Chart Completion Representative:

• Analyzing medical records for completeness and determining deficiencies
• Notifying providers to complete records and ensuring accurate and timely filing
• Creating and routing chart folders for new patients
• Collecting all current discharges and old charts from various departments
• Working with Physicians regarding incomplete charts and adhering to all standards regarding patient confidentiality

Required Skills for Chart Completion Representative:

• Experience in analyzing medical records and reports
• Proficiency in using EPIC and other Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
• Ability to resolve issues with EHR systems
• Strong communication skills for interacting with healthcare providers
• Attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes of patient records and documents

Compensation Range: $22.87/hour
