Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Help Desk Analyst:

  • Provide support for application-related helpdesk inquiries, focusing on Microsoft custom-built applications.
  • Work through helpdesk tickets, understanding issues, and driving them to resolution.
  • Engage in minimal testing to ensure application functionality.
  • Participate in a hybrid work schedule, with initial onsite training followed by remote work, subject to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with our client's team to enhance customer service and support processes.

Required Skills for Help Desk Analyst:

  • Proven experience in an application help desk environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer service experience with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
