We are looking for a skilled Senior BI Analyst to join our team on a 6-month contract. You will design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions using Tableau and other BI tools to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

• Develop and manage reports, analytics, and dashboards using Tableau to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct data analysis, ensure data accuracy, and provide actionable insights.
• Mentor junior BI analysts and provide training on best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; 5+ years of experience in BI or data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau and experience with SQL, data manipulation, and ETL processes.
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to present complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with large datasets, data environments, and other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView) is a plus.
