IDR is seeking a Director of Digital Fundraising to join one of our top clients in Texas. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing digital fundraising strategies to expand our client's donor base. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Director of Digital Fundraising:

• Develop and implement digital fundraising strategies to build the donor base
• Lead a team of digital fundraising managers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and direct agency partners
• Leverage innovative digital platforms to drive fundraising success
• Incorporate donor lifecycles, acquisition, and retention strategies into the role
• Build strong relationships with donors and ensure the success of the fundraising efforts for the direct response team

Required Skills for Director of Digital Fundraising:

• 5+ years’ experience in direct response fundraising
• 5+ years’ experience in a nonprofit environment
• 3+ years of experience with Audience Strategy
• 2+ years’ experience with customer management platform like Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Prior People management experience
• Salesforce NPSP nonprofit success pack is a strong plus
