Position Overview for the Receptionist:
Warmly greet and welcome guests
Enter guest information into the system
Answer phones and emails, and manage the sorting and distribution of mail
Set up and organize meeting rooms
Maintain tidiness of all office spaces and oversee general office upkeep
Coordinate and set up daily catered lunches (Monday through Friday)
Approve expense reports
Serve as a resource for employees with IT, HR, and general office inquiries
Assist the Office Manager and other Executive Assistants as needed
Qualifications for the Receptionist:
1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant (required)
Experience organizing catering and events for a team (nice to have)
Ability to handle a multi-faceted role (required)
