Position Overview for the Outreach Specialist:
- Working with seniors to understand need in coverage
- Being able to establish Rapport quickly and efficiently
- Ability to work with low-income areas
- Adherence to privacy regulations and confidentiality
- Problem-solving and effective communication with patients and healthcare professionals
Required Skills for the Enrollment Representative :
- Knowledge of the long term care market.
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations
- Great Communication skills and adaptability to situations
- Knowledge of healthcare privacy regulations (HIPAA)
