Campaign Management: Direct and co-manage “Always On” centralized ad campaigns in collaboration with UMG media planners and buyers, ensuring alignment with broader marketing strategies and maximizing reach.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct detailed analysis of playlist performance and consumer behavior across different territories, generating insights to educate stakeholders and refine playlisting and marketing strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including UMG Music Strategies, Global Partnerships, and Consumer Marketing, to leverage insights and tools for effective playlist optimization, while managing budgets and recommending best practices for ongoing campaigns.
Experience in Playlist Optimization: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in playlist optimization, data analysis, and executing campaigns focused on streaming growth and user engagement across various platforms.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with a proven track record in interpreting data to inform strategic decisions related to playlist performance and streaming marketing initiatives.
Communication Proficiency: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively articulate marketing strategies and performance insights to diverse stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
Tech Savvy and Adaptability: Proficiency in using data dashboards and analytics tools, coupled with a good understanding of emerging technologies and market trends relevant to the music streaming industry.
