Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Manager Financial Services and Process Improvement:
Lead and manage financial services and process improvement initiatives within the healthcare setting
Develop, facilitate, and educate the team on process development strategies
Utilize microcomputer applications, including Microsoft Office applications, to streamline operations
This is a direct hire position requiring a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or a related field
Required Skills for Manager Financial Services and Process Improvement:
Minimum of three to five years of healthcare experience in management, operations improvement, PMO, or health care consulting
Previous supervisory and/or consulting management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication and leadership skills
