IDR is looking for an Onsite IT Service Desk Specialist for one of our top clients onsite in Franklin, TN! If you are looking for join an amazing growth-minded team, apply today! This is a 6-month contract with potential to extend or convert over at any point!
Responsibilities of the IT Service Desk Specialist:
- Review and deal with customer tickets
- Support remote workers, virtual desktops and telecom
- Use Active Directory to assign security groups, password resets, etc.
- Work on projects with the department moving, participating and coordinating
- Work alongside IT director and PM
- Work within a team setting but also comfort in working independently with ticketing system
- Troubleshoot computer issues
Qualifications of the IT Service Desk Specialist:
- Intermediate service desk experience
- A+ certification
- Windows Microsoft experience
- Active Directory
- Citrtix/VMware horizon
- Remote or VDI experience
- Excellent customer service skills
