Requirements:
3-5 years of experience working as a Product Owner, preferably within the credit card industry.
Must have experience supporting the documentation and prioritization of user stories, with a focus on credit card dispute and chargeback functionalities.
Experience in credit card dispute resolution and chargeback processes..
Experience with Pega for workflow automation is highly preferred .
Basic understanding of agile methodologies and experience in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
