Music educator turned staffing professional, I’ve had my share of experience in difficult decision-making. The biggest being my decision to change my career after having earned my degree in Music Education. I knew that I was still passionate about teaching, and have shifted to apply my skills in the recruiting industry today. I lead with empathy, compassion and positivity; actively listening to build trust while understanding the needs of clients, candidates and team members.

Tyler reached out very quickly after I responded to the screening chat questions online through the IDR site. He was very friendly and accommodating of my schedule for a follow-up call. When we spoke, he was extremely helpful and explained clearly what to expect from the process going forward and possible timelines.
