IDR is seeking a Senior Front-End Developer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role supports a fast-paced, technology-driven organization building modern, high-impact web applications. You’ll take ownership of front-end architecture while remaining hands-on, partnering closely with design, backend, and QA teams to deliver performant, accessible user experiences.

Position Overview for the Senior Front-End Developer:

• Design and build responsive, accessible, high-performance user interfaces using React and TypeScript
• Own front-end architecture decisions, establish reusable patterns, and drive best practices across the product
• Optimize application performance including rendering efficiency, bundle size, and load times
• Integrate UI features with REST APIs and real-time data sources (e.g., WebSockets)
• Contribute to quality and maintainability through testing, code reviews, documentation, and mentoring

Requirements for the Senior Front-End Developer:

• 5–7 years of professional front-end development experience
• Expert-level proficiency with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and accessibility standards
• Proven experience with front-end architecture, state management, and reusable component design
• Experience optimizing application performance and integrating with REST APIs and real-time data sources such as WebSockets
