IDR is seeking a Senior Analyst, Digital to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Brentwood, Tennessee. This role supports a fast-paced Digital team and focuses on translating dashboard and reporting data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders. You’ll partner with cross-functional leaders to answer performance questions, uncover trends, and guide decisions across eCommerce and digital channels.

Position Overview for the Senior Analyst, Digital:

• Analyze existing dashboards and recurring reports to identify trends, performance shifts, and opportunities within the digital business
• Investigate the “why” behind changes in results, quantify impact, and recommend practical next steps
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting across digital, operational, financial, and web performance metrics
• Build clear summaries and data visualizations to communicate findings to business and leadership audiences
• Support forecasting and planning for key seasonal and promotional events

Requirements for the Senior Analyst, Digital:

• 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, eCommerce analytics, or business intelligence/analytics in a data-driven environment
• Strong hands-on SQL skills and experience working with large datasets to validate findings and resolve discrepancies
• Proficiency with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects) to build and interpret reports
• Proven ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics or comparable tools) and digital performance metrics
