IDR is seeking a Technical Solution Architect to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Nashville, Tennessee. This role involves leading platform selection and designing integration solutions for enterprise systems within a growing organization. It offers the chance to work closely with leadership and technical teams to develop pragmatic and scalable architecture solutions.
Position Overview for the Technical Solution Architect:
Lead solution architecture for key enterprise initiatives such as accounting, HR, learning, and operations systems.
Drive platform evaluation, selection, requirements gathering, and vendor comparison.
Design integration architectures that enable the core platform to interact seamlessly with other systems retained at member firms.
Create architecture artifacts, including system diagrams, data flow models, and decision support materials.
Collaborate with executives and functional leaders to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
Requirements for the Technical Solution Architect:
Typically 7–15 years of experience across software engineering, system integration, and architecture roles.
Experience supporting technology within a law firm, Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP), legal MSO, or legal services organization is required.
Demonstrated experience designing real system integrations, not just conceptual diagrams.
Strong ability to communicate with both executive stakeholders and technical teams.
Background as a former developer or technical lead is strongly preferred.
Comfortable working in a build-and-scale environment with evolving requirements and multiple stakeholders.
Hands-on experience designing enterprise system integrations, including APIs, file-based integrations, middleware/iPaaS solutions, data flows, interface approaches, and system/context diagrams
