Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Support Technician :
This will be a hands-on position. This person will be on the go and required to travel to different city buildings to provide support. They will be working with a ticketing system for documenting and completing work. Will work with Windows profile management supporting information transfers between computers.
Required Skills for the IT Support Technician:

1+ years of experience in an IT Support role

1+ years of experience mobile devices and AV technology

Strong experience with asset/inventory tracking
-
Basic IT Certification (A+ preferred)
