IDR is seeking a Inside Sales Manager to join one of our top clients for an amazing opportunity in the greater Nashville area. This role involves leading the development and growth of a new inside sales organization within a technology-driven company focused on commercial payments. The manager will have the chance to build, coach, and develop a high-performance team while driving aggressive sales strategies and contributing to significant company expansion.
Position Overview for the Inside Sales Manager:
- Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent to foster a high-performance culture.
- Coach team members daily, review pipelines, and optimize sales processes.
- Implement demand generation and outbound sales strategies to boost growth.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape organizational growth and sales initiatives.
Requirements for the Inside Sales Manager:
- 2+ years leading an inside sales team or 4+ years as a top-performing outbound sales professional.
- Proven experience in developing sales teams, coaching, and performance management.
- Strong proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and sales analytics.
- Ability to build and implement high-velocity sales and demand generation strategies.
- High energy, competitive, process-oriented, and data-driven leadership style.
