IDR is seeking a Revenue Operations & Analytics Specialist to join one of our clients remotely. If you are looking for a new opportunity, look no further! Responsibilities for the Revenue Operations & Analytics Specialist: The Revenue Operations & Analytics Specialist will work as part of a small, collaborative team supporting revenue operations and analytics initiatives. This hands-on role involves implementing and optimizing CRMs, web tracking, and automation to provide clean, actionable data and scalable systems for decision-making. We’re seeking a technically skilled, solutions-oriented individual with experience in marketing analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, JavaScript, and Google Tag Manager (GTM). This is a client-facing role, and candidates must be comfortable communicating with senior leaders, including the C-suite. Required Skills for the Revenue Operations & Analytics Specialist:

• 2+ years’ experience in agency-side Marketing, Sales, or Revenue Analytics, supporting multiple external clients simultaneously
• 2+ years’ Salesforce CRM administration (HubSpot experience also valuable, but Salesforce emphasis preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience with data analytics: leveraging market research data for market sizing, industry benchmarks, KPI setting, and revenue forecasting
• 2+ years’ experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM): auditing, implementing, and optimizing tags, plus data layer enhancements
• Proficiency in JavaScript and/or HTML for custom tracking, data layer builds, and advanced tag management
• Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into actionable recommendations
