Position Overview for the Business Analyst:
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to support a high-profile enterprise transformation program that will integrate Oracle CRM, CPQ, Procurement/RFP, and FDI/Analytics systems. The initiative is focused on modernizing a highly manual, spreadsheet-driven bid and rewards process used by the commercial and sales teams. You'll partner closely with the Project Manager, internal stakeholders, and an external systems integrator during the discovery and implementation phases.
This role requires a detail-oriented and collaborative BA with experience in large-scale enterprise software initiatives, business process analysis, and system implementation support.
Required Top Skills for the Business Analyst:

5+ years of Business Analyst experience within enterprise IT or transformation projects

Experience working with or supporting the implementation of Oracle or Salesforce modules – especially CRM, CPQ, Procurement, or Quote-to-Cash workflows

Ability to define current and future state business processes and translate into actionable requirements

Familiarity with Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools

Experience working with global stakeholders, including offshore teams across time zones

Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
