IDR is seeking a Security Administrator to join one of our top clients in Fort Worth, TX! The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in organizational change management program design and implementation. Position Overview for the Security Administrator: Responsible for monitoring and analyzing security alerts and events using SIEM tools and other monitoring platforms. Duties include reviewing logs from firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus, and other security systems to identify and respond to potential threats. Maintain comprehensive documentation of security procedures and incident reports. Desired Experience:

• 2+ years’ experience in an IT Cybersecurity support position
• Experience with identity platforms such as Okta or Entra ID, including configuration and support of SSO and MFA
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and frameworks (NIST CSF, SP 800-53)
• Experience administering or supporting security awareness training programs
