Position Overview & Responsibilities for the IT Support Technician:
Provide comprehensive IT support, including troubleshooting and diagnostics
Support and troubleshoot Windows 10 & 11 operating systems
Offer basic network support and troubleshooting
Handle mobile device support and troubleshooting
Required Skills for the IT Support Technician:
Fundamental understanding of computer diagnostics and troubleshooting
Significant experience supporting both Windows 10 & 11
Basic network support and troubleshooting skills
Mobile device support experience
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented personality
