IDR is seeking a Marketing IRA Coordinator to join one of our top clients in Suwanee GA.   1. Updating template changes
  2. Update Mapping book with contractor training and training completion
  • Pulling list
  • State program contractor list
  • SEO office contacts
  • Check IRA Activation status site daily
  • Update as states activate

                                              i.    Provide information in playbook

                                            ii.    Notify digital team for website updates

                                           iii.    Notification and meeting date with BU

  • Update Standard Work as needed
  • Complete state mapping and updates as needed
  • Other responsibilities as needed Required Skills for the Marketing IRA Coordinator:  
  • 2+  years' experience working in a Marketing Coordinator or Administrator role.
  • Experience working with Office 365, Excel and SharePoint. What’s in it for you?
